This Exercise Claims To Predict When You Will Die!

Fitness over 50

This Exercise Claims To Predict When You Will Die! So if you want to live longer, take the sit resting test to determine how many points your current level of fitness scores. If you score low and not able to preform this exercise with ease, you’re chances of dying early and greatly increased. So the test says?

The test results are based on the work of Dr Claudio Gil Araújo, a Brazilian physician and researcher. He found that Participants with scores below 8 had mortality rates 2 to 5 times higher than those with scores ranging from 8-10. The authors noted: “a 1-point increment in the [sitting-rising] score was related to a 21% reduction in mortality.”

Muscular Strength And Flexibility

As we age our muscular strength and flexibility will decrease if we live a sedentary lifestyle. That’s a fact according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention… And because falls are the leading cause of unintentional-injury-related deaths for people ages 65 and older, strength, balance and flexibility activities should be a very high priority for all of us! stay fit and fabulous 0ver 50, exercise daily and live longer.
