How to Get Rid of Loose Flabby Skin

As women over 50, most of us are familiar with the infamous “bat wings.” I know I am! My skin has become much thinner as I’ve gotten older and combined with some recent weight loss, I’m stuck with lots of loose flabby skin.

Not only is it unattractive,

but this loose skin makes me feel uncomfortable. With some research and trial and error, I’ve found several ways to tighten that skin! Watch the video to learn more.

Here are my top tips…

  • Exercise your arms daily.
  • Use moisturizer.
  • Try lactic acid.
  • Eat foods high in protein.
  • Increase collagen production with vitamins and supplements.
  • Dry brush.
  • Try radio frequency.

Thanks I have noticed the sagging skin after losing weight. What has helped is exercising. Just because we age doesn't mean just wear long sleeves. Upper strength helps with energy and arthritis. Love your channel!
Schellea 🐝 you threw a curve ball ⚾ I began watching expecting an arm workout 💪 Nope!! You keep me on my toes 👣 T, I appreciate that a lot 🤗 great info 🍒
