This gentle yoga routine is low-impact and can be done at home or even in bed. It’s quick and easy, there’s no equipment needed. This exercise routine will be more effective if you go to bed on an empty stomach. People who exercise enjoy better sleep than those who don’t. According to the National Sleep Foundation, people who exercise lightly see a 49% increase in quality of sleep.
