  • In and Out Bicep Curls is a weight training exercise that works the muscles of the upper arms, and to a lesser extent, those of the lower arm.
  •  Hammer Curls when done right, this exercise will increase bicep size and strength, improve wrist stability, and boost muscle endurance. It also helps strengthen your grip, which allows you to pull heavier loads in the deadlift and other compound moves.
  • Shoulder Presses strengthen the core muscles, such as your obliques, transverse abdominal muscles, lower back, and spinal stabilizers, when performing the exercise while standing.
  • Alternate Dumbbell Course increase stabilization and muscle activation.
