    Any advice for post menopausal women in their 60’s?
    Love your vibrant nature. I lost mine with the start of menopause 5 years ago. Under doctors care to balance the hormones and still no energy and brain fog.

    P.S. I think I am well on my way to dropping my hula hoop at least 1000 times before I finally achieve success with it…lol. 😉 <3

    WOW! THIS is SOOOO HARD! I just got my hula hoop from Amazon yesterday and putting it together was a challenge, too, but I got it assembled…finally. Had a bit of trouble getting the sections to lock properly. 100.5cm is a HUGE HOOP. Too big for me to use in our living room so I rearranged a few things in our den and tried it and couldn’t get it going at all. Bummer. But I’m not giving up. I will keep trying for a few minutes every single day until I can get the movement correct and the hoop spinning with the movement (instead of crashing down around my feet!)! GAH! LOL!
